Data protection policy
Thank you for your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. The following contains detailed information about how we handle your data.

Saving of access data in server log files
You can visit our websites without giving information about yourself. We only save access data in so-called server log files, such as the names of the files requested, date and time of access, quantity of data transferred and the requesting provider. These data are analysed exclusively to guarantee undisturbed operation of the site and to improve our offer, and do not permit us any inferences about you.

Data collection and use to implement the contract
We collect personal data if you freely disclose it to us as part of your order or by making contact with us (e.g. by contact form or email). The data collected is clear from the particular input form. We use the data you have given us to execute the contract and process your queries.
After the contract has been fully executed, your data are locked against further use and deleted after the retention period under tax and commercial law has expired, provided that you have not expressly given your consent to further use of your data, or we have reserved the right to further use of these data which is permitted by law, and of which we inform you below.

Transfer of data to fulfil the contract
In order to perform the contract we disclosure your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods ordered.
Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for this to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, where applicable, payment service providers commissioned by us or the chosen payment service to execute the payments. The payment service providers chosen also partially collect these data themselves, insofar as you create an account there. In these circumstances, you must register with the payment service provider in the order process with your access data. In this respect the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

Use of data on registration for the email newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we use the data necessary for this or which you have disclosed separately in order to regularly send you our email newsletter in accordance with your consent. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done either by sending a message using the contact options described below or via a link in the newsletter provided for that purpose.
