Schmid Schrauben is a partner of the network of the St. Pölten GmbH University of Applied Science’s extra-occupational Smart Engineering of Production Technologies and Processes programme.
Students in the Smart Engineering of Production Technologies and Processes programme deal with the following focal topics:

• Industry 4.0
• Process management
• Man-machine interaction
• Industrial security
• Digitisation

This programme’s target audience is:

• Employees with a general qualification for university entrance
• Employees that have completed an apprenticeship and have sufficient experience to qualify for further education
• Employees that have passed the exam for the master craftsman′s certificate

Cooperative studies allow people to combine their job with university studies to an even greater extent than with classic degree programmes. The practical and training blocks are completed at the cooperating companies.
