Drawing
In our own drawing shop we form wires from 20 different starting diameters in exacty those diameters your screw requires.
Glowing
This controlled heating guaranties that the wire is getting formable.
Pressing
Our Highend pressing plants enable us to manufacture a wide range of screws not only in precise quality but also at reasonalby economic costs, thanks to a high manufacturing depth.
Rolling
The thread is rolled onto the screw in our modern rolling mill. With a diameter of 3 to 24mm, a length of up to 1500mm is possible.
Hardening and Finishing
In a special gas atmosphere we harden the screw. A special slide coating cares of a maximum efficiency in use.
Surface treatment
Our special coatings "BlueWin", "RedWin" and "YellWin" protect the screws from corrosion. A special sliding coating ensures maximum efficiency in use.
Packing
